蒙特雷国际研究院（Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey）成立于1955年，是Middlebury College的研究生院。MIIS下设两个学院：国际政策与管理研究生院（Graduate School of International Policy and Management，缩写GSIPM) ，翻译、口译、语言教育研究生学院（Graduate School of Translation, Interpretation, and Language Education, 缩写GSTILE）。其中，GSIPM现开设国际政策与发展（International Policy and Development）、公共管理（Public Administration）、国际环境政策（International Environmental Policy）、核不扩散与恐怖主义研究（Nonproliferation and Terrorism Studies）、国际贸易与金融外交（International Trade and Economic Diplomacy），和国际教育管理（International Education Management）六个硕士项目；GSTILE则设有翻译（Translation）、翻译与口译（Translation and Interpretation）、会议同传（Conference Interpretation）、翻译和本地化管理（Translation and Localization Management）、教授非英语母语者英语（Teaching English to Students of Other Languages），和教授外语（Teaching Foreign Language）六个硕士项目。
